When on-campus residence is full or isn't offered to upper-year and international students, we provide verified off-campus homes near your campus so you can still meet a housing guarantee or duty-of-care commitment. Share your cohort size and arrival dates and we reserve capacity ahead of intake, with confirmed addresses students can use for study-permit and arrival purposes.
We operate verified homes near the major campuses in three cities: UBC, SFU and BCIT in Vancouver; the University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and York University in Toronto; and McGill, Concordia and Université de Montréal in Montréal.
