How fast is the matching?+
Most matches are delivered within 3-5 business days. Urgent requests (arriving in under two weeks) are usually handled within 48 hours.
What if I don't like any of the families you show me?+
We'll find more. The service fee covers the matching work — not a specific number of families. If none of the first batch fits, we go again until you're placed or you invoke the 14-day refund.
Does the service fee include rent?+
No. The service fee covers our matching work. Rent is paid separately to your host family (typically $1,200–$1,800/mo CAD depending on city and inclusions). We'll show you the rent for each match up-front.
How are host families vetted?+
Every family goes through an application, phone interview, in-home visit by our local coordinator, and a criminal background check. We only onboard families we'd send our own friends to.
What's your refund policy?+
Full refund within 14 days of booking if we haven't been able to match you. After 14 days or after you accept a match, the service fee is non-refundable (but you can still change families through us).
Can I upgrade my package later?+
Yes — you pay the difference. E.g., if you start with the $295 package and want to add airport pickup later, you can top up for $205. Just message us on WhatsApp.
