Two ways: (1) your unique referral code captured at booking, or (2) you email us the student's name + program before they apply. Either method credits the booking to your agency. We honour either; whichever you find easier to operationalize.
Commission only pays after move-in. If a student no-shows, no commission. If they move in then leave inside the first 30 days, partial commission may apply — case by case. We're not in the business of clawing back, so cancellation refunds happen rarely.

Wire transfer (SWIFT) for amounts over $500 CAD, PayPal or Wise for smaller amounts. We absorb wire fees on our end on bulk Tuesday payouts.
Yes. The partner portal shows current rooms and homestay openings filtered by city, neighbourhood, dates, and price. You can share specific listings with students directly from the portal.
