How is Vanmates dealing with Coronavirus?

Due to recent events, we're reaching out to all current clients to discuss COVID-19. Health and safety are of the utmost importance to us, and to you. In order to best control and prevent the virus from spreading, we're asking all Guests to use the following guidelines during the outbreak.

2. ELBOW: Cough into it
3. FACE: Don’t touch it
4. FEET: Stay more than 1ft (1 meter) apart
5. FEEL: sick? Stay home.

What are we doing to control and prevent the infection spreading?

We have encouraged all the residents to use the following:

  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Tissues
  • Hand sanitizers
  • Keep common areas clean
  • We also set up a complementary cleaning to all of the properties.

What if you have further travel planned with Vanmates?

Our current refund policy still stands. Flexible refunds and rent credits will be considered to clients that have paid and need to postpone their travel due to current restrictions.

What happens if a client contracts the virus?

In the unfortunate scenario of contracting the virus, please notify us as soon as possible to let your other fellow mates know. Based on demand, we might have alternative self-accommodation where you can self-isolate. Feel free to email or call us right away.
