Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract clients from Asia and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends within the Asian market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, student accommodation, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Japanese culture and client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Our mission is to offer high-quality, well-located accommodation options that meet the diverse needs of our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at our student accommodations, ensuring that the facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of student accommodations to assess maintenance needs and identify repair issues.
    – Perform a diverse range of maintenance tasks, encompassing:
    – Plumbing repairs (e.g., addressing leaks, clearing drains).
    – Electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures, fixing outlets).
    – Carpentry tasks (e.g., door repairs, shelf installation).
    – Painting and minor touch-ups.
    – HVAC system maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from students, resolving issues in a timely fashion.
• Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required.
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repair or maintenance projects.
• Provide support with furniture or equipment transportation and moving tasks.
• Operate company vehicles for travel between different student accommodation locations (mandatory).
• Hold a valid driver’s license and possess the ability to drive in Vancouver.
• Must have a valid work permit for employment in Canada.
